Vintage Oaks is a custom-home community in the New Braunfels Hill Country, under live oak, with distinct sections that do not all live the same. Canyon Ranch is one of those sections — not a separate town. Pachanga has built in Vintage Oaks.
Because we have already built here, we know Vintage Oaks is a lot of different backyards under one name: more open lots, tighter tree cover, grade that asks for retaining. Canyon Ranch sits inside that fabric. If your house is in Canyon Ranch, this is still the page — we will design to your section’s trees and slope, not to a generic Vintage Oaks template.
Architectural review is part of the culture. We draw a pool that can go to committee and still host a Sunday: ledge, spa, a kitchen that talks to the water, lighting in the oaks.
We will not invent lot sizes, amenity lists, or project names. We will walk your Vintage Oaks property — Canyon Ranch included — and build the gathering backyard it can hold.
