Oxbow on the Guadalupe is a small gated community on the river in the Canyon Lake / New Braunfels stretch, below the dam country. River lots and bluff lots are not the same job. We design accordingly.
If you can see the Guadalupe from the backyard, the pool should not compete with it. Sit the water so people can glance at the river and still have a ledge to talk on. Structure on a bluff is the craft.
Floodplain-aware siting matters on the parcels that need it. Higher lots trade that for rock, wind, and access. We will be straight about which property you have.
We have not claimed a build in this community. We have claimed this: river-country heat and Hill Country grade are work we know, and your lot will get its own plan.
