Texas Hill Country
Hill Country ranch ground — a pool sited for slope, oak, and privacy.
Hills of Cross Ranch is on Pachanga’s community list as Hill Country ranch living: custom homes, elevation, and lots that were not graded like a suburban street. We design the pool from the land up.

Ranch-scale Hill Country lots usually mean rock, grade, and trees in the wrong place for a catalog rectangle. That is fine. We would rather shift the water and keep the land looking like itself.
We are not going to invent a parent-city pin, an amenity list, or an HOA handbook for this page. If you live here, we will walk the property and tell you what the excavation, access, and gathering plan should be.
The constant is the brief: a backyard that holds people, food, and a long summer afternoon.
New backyard or one you've had for years, you don't have to be in the middle of a construction project to work with us. Let's build the pool for your Hills of Cross Ranch gathering.
